SageMind Psychiatic Care, is a state-of-the-art pediatric psychiatric private practice conveniently located in Lisle, off I-88 and serving DuPage County for in person visits, as well as the states of MI, CT and MA via telehealth. We specialize in child and adolescent psychiatry, and in the diagnosis and psychiatric management of developmental disorders (e.g. ADHD and Autism), Mood Disorders (e.g. DMDD, Bipolar Disorder and Depression), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, OCD and Psychotic Disorders. We pride ourselves in adopting an evidence based collaborative model of care where we communicate effectively with other team members taking care of your child (such as PCPs, neurologists, therapists, and school systems). We also strive to offer an intake appointment within 2 weeks of the requested date to ensure timely care of your child. We screen patients to make sure we are a good fit to work together and require that all our patients (or families depending on the need) are already established with a therapist prior to our psychiatric assessment. Our treatment approach will include -in addition to prescribing medications if needed- parent coaching, psychodynamic and play psychotherapy techniques, and integrative and nutritional psychiatry, whenever relevant.
